- Oversee customer service and daily operations.
- Implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Billing & Payments.
- Answer Incoming calls
- Assist team members as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
