She sponsors the Riverview Junior Football League program. She was also a member of the Allen Park Bulldogs youth organization as her son played football for Allen Park from ages 8-13, before he went on to be an Allen Park Jaguar. She is also a proud sponsor of the H.E.L.P Children with Cancer foundation. She has a passion for youth sports, children and animals. She actively contributes to animal welfare and has relationships with Canine Companions Rescue Center, and The Karens (K9 Animal Rescue Emergency Network). Two amazing organizations that do so much such as provide food, shelter, and homes for the less fortunate dogs of Detroit and surrounding cities.

Kandi has a passion for helping others any way that she possibly can, and stated " if I can't help you, I will do what I can to find someone who can".
